An RSVP will be considered confirmed once a hotel room has been secured. Room availability is NOT guaranteed, so we suggest booking right away. The last day to book/modify a room is August 1, 2024. This will ensure our guests have ample time to pay the remaining balance prior to travel and will also guarantee a reduced room rate.

You should book your room immediately to ensure there is availability in your preferred room category. The great news is that you can change your dates, occupancy, or room type until August 1, 2024. You can also cancel your room completely up until the day before your reservation. Please do not book your accommodations through the resort or third party services. In order to be included in the wedding festivities, all rooms must be booked through the wedding group. Please see the Travel page for more information.

Yes, in order to attend the wedding ceremony and reception, you must be a guest at the resort.

As many as you want! Wedding festivities and events will take place from Friday October 11, 2024 to Sunday October 13, 2024. We recommend our guests arrive on Thursday and stay through Monday. Make a vacation out of it! The resort requires a 3-night minimum stay, but the discounted rates are available from October 7 through October 16. UPDATE: As of April, 2024, the resort is now requiring a 5-night minimum stay.

A valid U.S. passport is required for all U.S. citizens seeking to enter or transit through the Dominican Republic. The passport must not expire until at least April 2025 to be considered valid for travel to the Dominican Republic. For more information regarding obtaining or renewing a passport, please visit travel.state.gov. Don't wait on this! Passport processing times can take up to 4 months.

Your all-inclusive reservation at Finest includes private, roundtrip airport transportation. We will make sure everyone's transfers are booked - just make sure to send us your resort booking number and airline record locator as soon as you have them. The RSVP section on this website collects those two things, and you can always update it if you RSVP before booking!

We love your kids! The resort is a family-friendly property on purpose. The massive beachside main pool has splash pools and games for little ones, while the Imagine Kids Club lets kids have a blast with all-day activities so mom and dad can get some well-deserved relaxation lounging on the beach with cocktail in hand.

Guests are welcome! We want you to enjoy our wedding as well as your vacation! We understand we are having a destination wedding and that you will be traveling. We want this to be fun for you too! We just ask that you provide full names of all guests when you RSVP.

We have multiple events occurring throughout the stay. We ask that you please check the appropriate attire listed on the Itinerary page where you'll find a list of events and the coordinating attire per event. We included attire information at each event to give our guests an idea of what to pack per day. Please keep in mind the resort restaurants have separate dress codes; more information can be found on the resort website or The Excellence Collection App.
